The National Employment Fair reflects the obligation of the rational leadership to enable national competencies

Dubai, May 14 / WAM / Colonel Jamal Nasser Al -Balushi, the spokesperson for the National Employment Exhibition 2025, confirmed that the exhibition reflects the commitment of the wise leadership to enable national competencies, and comes within the framework of supporting the “Emirates Vision 2031” aimed at building a knowledge competitive economy led by the Emirati citizen, indicating that the exhibition’s message for this year is that “the service of the country does not end with the end of the recruitment period, but rather opens the doors for the future Sustainable professional and national giving.
He said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency that the exhibition that concludes today in the city of Expo attracted about 20,000 citizens of national service graduates, university students and job seekers, with the participation of more than 55 governmental and private agencies, providing qualitative opportunities in the defense sectors, security, energy, artificial intelligence, aviation, banks, and industrialization, as well as training and educational programs and interactive workshops to qualify recruits for the work market where it is represented The exhibition is a strategic platform to enable the nation’s youth to engage in effective work in various fields of work, and to enhance their national giving after the end of the service period.
Al -Balushi added that the exhibition is witnessing a significant expansion this year in terms of participating authorities and the quality of opportunities, noting that the initiative seeks to link national service graduates with effective work opportunities that support the national economy and enhance their participation in various sectors.
He noted that the participating authorities include national and international companies and institutions that provide employment, training and interactive workshops, focusing on the development of digital and leadership skills, and the rehabilitation of recruits for the future labor market, which reflects the state’s direction towards a knowledge economy based on human empowerment.
He explained that participation this year includes universities, training centers and national and international institutions, which reflects the growing confidence in the capabilities of the Emirati recruits, pointing out that the exhibition is not limited to graduates of national service, but also includes all citizens looking for qualitative opportunities in the public and private sectors.
He pointed out that the previous copies of the exhibition contributed to the employment of thousands of citizens, and strengthened their awareness of the requirements of the labor market, achieving exceptional results in light of the integration of efforts between national institutions, stressing that the 2025 exhibition continues this approach through an integrated database that facilitates communication between the authorities and graduates of service.
He pointed out that the main partners of the eighth session include: Edge Group (Strategic Partner), Abu Dhabi Ports Group (Golden Shepherd), Hammouda Bin (Silver Shepherd) group, Khorfakkan University, Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi (Educational partner), along with the Wutelles International Initiative (Knowledge Partner), and a wide network of local and international media institutions
