446.8 million dirhams the total real estate evaluation in Ajman during April
Ajman, May 15/ WAM/ The Emirate of Ajman witnessed, during the month of April, an increase in the number of real estate evaluation transactions by 24.3% compared to March; The total value reached 446.8 million dirhams through 189 transactions.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman, said that the evaluation operations included commercial, residential and industrial real estate in addition to agricultural, pointing out that housing real estate received the largest share of the total value of the evaluation by 207.4 million dirhams advanced on commercial real estate, whose total value exceeded 180 million dirhams.
He pointed out that the April report included personal evaluation and evaluation transactions for courts and institutions as well as the evaluation of long -term gold residences for investors, which numbered 154 transactions, an increase of 21.3% compared to last March, while the total value reached 303.3 million dirhams.
