Dubai Family Companies Center reviews ways to enhance sustainable growth over generations
Dubai, May 15/ WAM/ The Dubai Family Companies Center, which works under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, organized a new symposium within the “Governance Series”, which aims to enhance the sustainable growth of family companies across generations.
The symposium, which was held today, witnessed the participation of 35 representatives of family companies in Dubai, during which a successful international experience in this field was highlighted.
The symposium dealt with practical strategies for leadership planning and enhancing the reaction of the second row of leaders in family companies.
A distinguished dialogue session also witnessed three of the directors of the global company “Greenner AG” specializing in packaging solutions, the company’s strategies and its success in managing and expanding its business in more than 31 countries across 5 generations.
The list of speakers at the session included Hanis Mozar, Financial Director and Board of Directors at Grener -AG and Christophe Grener, a member of the Board of Directors since 2015 and a member of the Family Council since 2010 and Dominic Grener, a member of the Board of Directors since 2020 and a member of the Family Council since 2015.
The speakers have presented in -depth visions on the development of the governance of family companies, and to ensure their continuity and success in the long run, based on the rich experience of their company.
The governance series contributes to providing support to family companies in Dubai to overcome general challenges and develop their activities, encourage acquaintance and interaction opportunities between local, regional and global family companies, and share their success stories that extend across several generations and benefit from their experiences.
