Opening a competition exhibition "Art is the breath" In Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al -Khaimah, May 15 / WAM / was opened in the Design Gallery Hall in Al -Rifaa area in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the artistic works exhibition participating in the Emirati version of the International Student Drawing Competition that bears the slogan “Art is the breath”.

This competition is a Hungarian artistic and social initiative that accompanies the year of the UAE community 2025, and this year has expanded to three continents.

The jury honored the winners of the Emirati version awards from the competition, in the presence of Eng. Tariq Ibrahim Al -Salman, founder of the Design Galry Hall and Omar Mohammed Al -Mazaki, a member of the jury and journalist Abdul Rahman Naqi, Vice President of the Emirates Volunteering Association, Dr. Hamad Mohammed bin Saray, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al Khaimah National Theater and Media Mohamed Ghanem Mustafa, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Radio Authority and members of the jury from the Emirates.

Engineer Tariq Al -Salman praised the initiative and its efforts in supporting the arts and enhancing cultural relations between peoples, stressing the importance of the role of schools in discovering and refining student artistic talents, expressing his pride in hosting the competition that enhances the quality of life through art.

For her part, engineer Silvia Vezien, the head of the jury, thanked Eng. Tariq Al -Salman for his initiative to support and encourage artistic talents from the various emirates of the state, stressing that art is capable of promoting cultural rapprochement and creative expression.

Vizyan explained that the initiative started four years ago in the capital, Budapest, with the aim of encouraging young people to express themselves through art.

The fifth edition of this year witnessed wide participation, as the competition was launched in five countries simultaneously: Hungary, Italy, Germany, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

In this copy, 96 students were recorded in the competition, 66 participants from 30 countries were offered, and 15 winning students were honored in the first positions, among them a student from the owners of determination from the autistic heroes, which reflects the comprehensiveness of the competition.

The competition this year provided students with the opportunity to creativity within two topics: “Draw your favorite childhood game in the image” (the main topic) “What does hope mean for you?” (Sub -topic).

The ceremony witnessed a distinguished musical participation of the Hungarian musicians, Jimmy Benzels and Joanna Benzzals, who presented music compositions that added a special artistic character to the event.

Vezine emphasized that the competition seeks to inspire the participants and open their horizons towards the global artistic scene, by linking cultures and encouraging them to build international relations that enhance their career.

Among the prominent figures of the International Jury: Anna Fendi, the famous Italian Fashion House “Fendi”, and Archdoch Edward Habsburg of Lauren, the descendant of the traditional royal family and the Vatican Ambassador.
