“Dubai Roads” integrates drivers licensing services from 33 to 15 services

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai confirmed the reduction and integration of drivers licensing services from 33 services to 15 services, with a percentage of about 53%, as part of its continuous efforts to provide a unified and integrated digital services experience that enhances the happiness of customers, and is in line with the directions of the Dubai government, and the “360” services policy, as it contributes to achieving an easy, speed, and safety experience that ensures meeting the needs of individuals and institutions in a style Premium and innovative.

Sultan Al -Akraf, Director of the Drivers Licensing Department at the Licensing Corporation at the Roads and Transport Authority, said:

Al -Akraf explained that the initiative is based on the employment of advanced technologies and data integration to develop drivers lying services, and enable customer to access all the services of the authority through a unified application that includes vehicle owners, drivers, and public transport users, as this step is part of the 360 ​​service policy, which represents a new and integrated vision towards providing smooth, proactive, and comprehensive services that meet the aspirations of customers and keep pace with their increasing needs.

Al -Akraf added: “He is always keen to upgrade the level of its services provided to its customers, individuals and institutions, by re -engineering the customer’s journey to facilitate and simplify procedures and according to the finest international standards and based on the principle of developing and improving the network and systems of smart solutions by providing advanced services to customers, simplifying procedures and raising operational efficiency and sustainability, and enhancing integration with other governmental platforms.”

A package of services has been developed and simplified, including: request or management of a driver’s license, adding new categories of vehicles to the license, transferring the trainee file to another institute, amending personal data, renewing the license, and applying for a missing or damaged allowance, in addition to activating pre -emptive notifications, and all of these services are completed electronically through the official website of the authority, through brief steps and without the need to visit the service centers, along with a group Other services for drivers.
