Muhammad Al -Husseini: The US President’s visit enhances financial partnership and opens new horizons for economic cooperation
Abu Dhabi, May 15 / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed bin Hadi Al -Husseini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, confirmed that the visit of His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States of America to the UAE, represents a strong boost to the growing financial and economic relations between the two countries, and reflects mutual confidence and deep partnership that links the two countries in various fields, especially in the financial and investment sector.
His Excellency said in a statement today that this visit comes in an important time in which the world is witnessing accelerated economic transformations, which enhances the importance of enhancing financial cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, especially in the areas of sustainable financial policies, and exchange of experiences and integration between financial markets.
His Excellency explained that the Ministry of Finance is working continuously with the financial and economic bodies in the American government to develop financial communication channels, facilitate the movement of capital and enhance the environment supporting bilateral investment, stressing that the financial relations between the two countries represent a corner stone in the broader economic system, and contribute an active role in supporting the stability of the global financial system.
His Excellency stressed that this visit will pave the way for more qualitative partnerships, and opens new horizons for cooperation in the priority fields, to serve the vision of the leadership of the two countries in building a flexible and competitive economy based on innovation, sustainability and openness to the world.
