المملكة: With global participation .. 750 doctors discuss hair loss treatment in Riyadh

The capital, Riyadh, witnessed the conclusion of the activities of the first conference specializing in hair problems at the region level, organized by the Scientific Academy for Poetry “SAT”, with local and international participation that exceeded 750 doctors and doctors in the field of plastic surgery and surgery, including international doctors from the United States of America, Canada, Poland and South Korea.
During the conference, which lasted for two days and concluded yesterday, Friday, the participants reviewed the latest findings of medicine in the field of hair loss treatment and scalp problems, foremost of which is the use of growth stimuli and renewal medicine techniques, as the conference included 19 specialized scientific lectures and four applied workshops.

Hair loss treatment

The President of the Conference, Dr. Abdullah Al -Khalifa, revealed a new and promising scientific orientation in the treatment of hair loss, which depends on the use of incentives that are extracted from the human body, as part of the techniques of renewal medicine, considering this approach a qualitative shift that began to outperform traditional treatments.
Dr. Al -Khalifa said: “Today we were at the Conference of the Scientific Academy of Poetry SAT, which is the first of its kind in the region, and this year has focused on a large number of hair -related treatments, but one of the most important topics that we dealt with is renewal medicine, and the use of incentives from the body itself for hair growth, and this technique has proven its effectiveness and opened new horizons in improving the results of treatment.”

The Caliph explained that the conference presented the latest scientific developments in the diagnosis of hair and scalp problems accurately, and discussed medical, procedural, surgical and cosmetic solutions to the problem of hair loss, noting that the event is a specialized scientific platform that enhances knowledge of doctors and health practitioners, and contributes to improving the level of care provided to patients and auditors in this specialization.
He indicated that the SAT conference seeks to collect dermatologists and plastic surgeons and other healthcare professionals interested in diagnosing and treating hair and scalp problems, with the aim of exchanging experiences, reviewing the latest research and practices, and unifying efforts to develop treatment methods in this vital field that is witnessing increasing interest at the medical and cosmetic levels.
