"ADNOC" and"Balance Council" They sign an agreement to enhance cooperation in strategic sectors

Abu Dhabi, May 19 / WAM / ADNOC and the Balance Council signed a framework agreement aimed at enhancing strategic cooperation between the two sides in a number of vital sectors, in the context of supporting industrial and economic development efforts in the UAE.

The agreement, which was signed during the first day of “Made in the Emirates”, stipulates that ADNOC provides logistical and operational support for the Balance Council, which enables it to continue carrying out its main tasks with high efficiency. Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in areas that include oil services, operations, and maintenance work, in addition to discussing opportunities to develop future projects, including conducting feasibility studies, land allocation, and establishing dedicated fuel stations that meet the needs of the Balance Council.

The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al -Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Managing Director and CEO of Adenk and its group of companies, as it was signed by His Excellency Dr. Nasser Hamid Al -Nuaimi, Secretary -General of the Balance Council, and His Excellency Saif Al -Falahi, Director of the Department of Institutional Support Services and Special Tasks in ADNOC.

His Excellency Dr. Nasser Hamid Al -Nuaimi said: Cooperation with ADNOC reflects a national trend towards building an integrated system that supports the strategic priorities of the state and enhances the readiness of its institutions, stressing the work according to a vision based on effective partnership and the integration of roles, in a way that contributes to developing an infrastructure that meets the requirements of the next stage and keeps pace with development aspirations.

He added that the agreement represents a practical step to consolidate cooperation between the national bodies, and opens the way for qualitative projects that support institutional excellence and enhance the operational capabilities of the council.

Saif Al -Falahi said that the agreement contributes to providing “ADNOC” global support in the logistical and operational aspects of the Balance Council and enables it to access effectively to a number of basic products and services in the UAE, noting that this partnership confirms the firm adherence to “ADNOC” to advance the services provided to the main bodies throughout the country.

It is worth noting that this agreement enhances the strategic strategic partnerships of Adenk with the main institutions in the UAE in various sectors, where the Balance Council is an independent government agency related to close cooperation relations with the Ministry of Defense and the security services in the country.
