The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the establishment of the “Women in Mining” non -profit association; With the aim of empowering Saudi women in the mining sector, and enhancing their presence and contribution to the journey of transformation in the mining sector, within the framework of the Ministry’s efforts to enable non -profit organizations in the industry and mining sectors, in the belief in its role in supporting economic and social development in the Kingdom. The association aims to develop women’s capabilities and capabilities, and to provide high skills that are compatible with the mining sector needs, and the qualitative opportunities that provide it, in a way A varied and comprehensive work environment, and the association also supports enabling entrepreneurial and innovative projects, and providing financial and technical support to them, in a way that stimulates innovative solutions in the mining sector.
