Green gas emissions reached 300 million tons of carbon dioxide, or 0.6% of emissions worldwide during the year 2014, and from the transport sector alone emissions of 48 million tons of carbon dioxide and monitored national studies and reports that the usual greenhouse gas emissions, i.e. (in the absence of sustainable and environmentally friendly transport plans) will reach by 2030 To & nbsp; 124 million tons of carbon dioxide, which returned negatively on cities and the health of citizens, and it was necessary for the Egyptian state to put its vision with the complementarity and concession of national plans for comprehensive and sustainable development and linking planning at the national level & nbsp; Urban development and the establishment of new urban cities and linking them with sustainable green transportation, which formed these means the most important and largest incentive in encouraging citizens to resettle them in these new cities and open urban development horizons that achieve the quality of life for citizens. The subway projects, monorail, light electrical train and the BRT high hesitation were based in the largest cities of the African continent and the Middle East ever, which are Greater Cairo in addition to the project of establishing the Alexandria Metro and developing sand tram in Alexandria Governorate and where they live in more than 30% of the population of the Republic, and the three fast electric train lines are implemented, in addition to the application of the latest green systems in Egyptian ports through the implementation of energy projects Solar, applying a sustainable environment system, applying the automatic trauma system, relying on the OPS system (on Shore Power Supply) to supply ships with green energy and applying the waste disposal system using the latest environmentally friendly equipment, pointing out that the implementation of sustainable green transport projects results in the transformation of more than 40% of users of the most polluted passengers (private cars and transportation Random) to the use of sustainable green transportation, as well as the transformation of cargo transport patterns from trucks to railways and river transport, to a reduction of 9 million tons annually from carbon dioxide by general & nbsp; 2030, in order to achieve the rate of 8 % reduction in emissions. For future generations, so the focus of green industries was in the urgent plan to advance the industry and in the targets of Egypt’s industrial strategy 2030, so providing financing to encourage green industries is essential to the Egyptian state, as the Ministry of Industry cooperated with the Ministry of Environment in a number of initiatives and projects to encourage the private sector to adopt the policies of the circular economy such as the sustainable green growth project that is applied at the level of Upper Egypt governorates, And the project to raise the efficiency of electric motors in the intense energy consumption industries, and the project to raise awareness using small solar cell systems associated with the network, in order to reduce carbon emissions and also take advantage of the abundant solar energy in African countries, pointing out that all of this comes in conjunction with Egypt’s launch of the voluntary carbon market and encouraging industrial companies to circulate carbon certificates through the Financial Supervision Authority, and the rehabilitation of the National Accreditation Council (Igak) to be an international accreditation in the Middle East. Agriculture, manufacturing, and construction from the adoption of sustainable business models, as these sectors represent the main driver of sustainable economic growth in Egypt and Africa.
