One billion dirhams contribute "ADNOC Supply and Services" In strengthening the national content of the industrial sector during 2024

Abu Dhabi, May 22/ WAM/ Captain Abdul Karim Al -Musabi, CEO of ADNOC Supply and Services, confirmed that the company plays a pivotal role in stimulating industrial excellence and enhancing national capabilities in line with the UAE’s vision in promoting economic diversification.
He said in statements to the Emirates News Agency “WAM” on the sidelines of the activities of the platform “Made in the Emirates 2025” in Abu Dhabi, that the participation of “ADNOC Supply and Services” for the first time in this leading national platform, confirms the company’s commitment to support local manufacturing and promoting industrial innovation in the Emirates.
He explained that the company has commissioned the construction of 31 ships inside the country, which provided more than 300 job opportunities and contributed to enhancing the national industrial capabilities, adding that these ships are currently used to transport individuals and goods and provide support and maritime supply to marine sites, which confirms the vital role that the company plays in enhancing local production.
He pointed out that during the year 2024, the company contributed to up to one billion dirhams in enhancing the national content in the industry sector, stressing continuous cooperation with local and federal authorities to enhance national industrialization and support industrial growth.
Al -Musabi stressed the keenness of “ADNOC supply and services” to contribute to supporting economic growth, in addition to taking advantage of the latest technological solutions, tools and applications of artificial intelligence, pointing to the company’s leadership in this field through the application of the Smarti Smarti Surveillance System “Smarti” supported by artificial intelligence.
He explained that this system was developed in cooperation with the company “AIC” the joint project between “ADNOC” and the G42 group and contributes to monitoring, detecting and reporting high -risk scenarios, and has proven effective in improving performance in the fields of health, safety and the environment.
He pointed to the company’s investment in the techniques of controlling the advanced distance of the forklines, explaining that the “technological industry” platform has developed the necessary software and merged directly into the “ADNOC supply and services” equipment, in a move that emphasizes the importance of cooperation in the field of local innovation and smart industrial solutions.
Al -Musabi said that the company is proud of its maritime fleet, which includes locally built ships, including the response ships of oil leaks that are vital in protecting the marine environment and ensuring safety.
He pointed out that the “ADNOC Supply and Services” cooperation with companies inside the UAE for shipbuilding embodies its commitment to enhancing the national industry and local production, and these companies include “The Home Marine”, “Al -Bawardi for Marine Engineering”, “Abu Dhabi Shipbuilding Company”, “Grandueld”, and “Primer for Marine Engineering Services” in a step confirming the company’s commitment to update the marine infrastructure and promoting capabilities Local operational.
He said that “ADNOC Supply and Services” reviewed a model of the winged “Cla” marine vehicle of “Regent” during the activities of the “Made in the Emirates” platform, with the aim of encouraging its manufacturing locally in the future, indicating that the vehicle is an advanced model that combines the characteristics of the ship and the plane and contributes to reducing carbon emissions in order to enhance the efficiency of maritime transport.
Al -Musabi affirmed the adoption of “ADNOC supply and services” strategy “people first”, which embodies the company’s commitment to developing various and qualified cadres, indicating that the number of competencies in the company exceeds 11 thousand people, including 3,200 in hot.
He said that the company continues in its efforts to enable national cadres and qualify the new generation of seas and the leaders of the sector, through practical training programs that are implemented on the ships, pointing out that these programs targeted during the year 2024 more than 136 trainees from 15 different nationalities, which formed women towards five of them, stressing the company’s continuous commitment to increase the representation of women and enable a new generation of seas.
