A statement from the “Al -Faris 3” operation on theft of relief aid sent to Gaza

Within the framework of the United Arab Emirates’s steadfast commitment to stand by the Palestinian people in its ordeal, the “Al -Faris 3” process continues its intensive humanitarian efforts to provide urgent relief assistance to the Gaza Strip.

Last Wednesday, a number of trucks loaded with flour and bakery operating supplies were introduced to the warehouses, which sent hope that the bakeries started operating in the sector, and it was planned to enter 103 additional trucks carrying flour, gas, oil, salt, sugar, and other requirements necessary to operate the bakeries.

However, what was allowed to enter did not exceed 24 trucks, and only one truck load has actually reached the warehouses, due to the insistence of the Israeli army to impose unsafe crossing paths, through which the trucks were subjected to looting and theft, inside the “red -class” under Israeli control, which led to the loss of most of its cargo.

Concluding attacks
The Al -Faris 3 operation expresses its deep regret and strong condemnation of these attacks, which deprive the residents of the Gaza Strip of their legitimate right to obtain food and basic humanitarian aid, and confirms that the continued obstruction of relief efforts of about 2.3 million civilians in the sector is a warning of a serious exacerbation of the humanitarian catastrophe.

Al -Faris Al -Shaham 3 appeals to the international community and all concerned parties with urgent intervention, and to ensure the provision of safe and permanent corridors to ensure safe and rapid access to aid.
