Sharjah organizes brokerage activity in the Al -Haraj market

The Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah issued a decision on organizing “brokerage” mediation in the Al -Haraj market in the Emirate of Sharjah.

This came during the meeting of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, today, Tuesday, its meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council.

The decision requires that any natural person prohibit the conduct of mediation activity in the Al -Haraj Motor Market without obtaining a permit issued by the Sharjah Asset Management Company according to the conditions and controls it determines.

The decision also stipulated the administrative penalties for violators of the decision, and the judicial seizure of the employees adopted by the competent authority and issued by a decision of the President of the Judicial Council.
