summit "Future building" Emphasizes the importance of integration of innovation and technology in building smart cities

Abu Dhabi, May 27/ WAM/ Forbes Middle East concluded the activities of the first edition of the “Future Building Summit”, which was held over two days in Berkeley – Abu Dhabi, in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and the Municipal and Transportation Department in Abu Dhabi, and in cooperation with “One” Real Estate Development Company.
The activities of the closing day of the summit witnessed a high -level presence of a number of senior officials and decision makers in the public and private sectors, as well as a group of senior experts, innovators and real estate sector leaders from all over the region, to foresee the future of smart cities and sustainable urban development, among them His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al -Kwiti, Chairman of the Cyber ​​Security Council of the UAE government, and Kholoud Abdullah Al -Suwaidi, head of the smart data department in the Ministry of Energy and Information Infrastructure, Latifa Al -Shehhi, Director of Investment Data Department at the UAE Ministry of Investment, Ali Sajani, CEO and founder of Amalia Real Estate, Ali Tombby, founder and chairman of Akwa Real Estate Company, along with a number of senior real estate development leaders such as Alex Zgharbili, founder and CEO of (R · Evolution Group), and Mohamed Rafii, CEO of the company (Richmin Development).
His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al -Kuwaiti delivered an opening speech on the leadership of the digital age, in which he stressed the importance of adopting a bold vision based on security, intelligence and the ability to keep pace with changes to build future cities.

He said: “We are keen to ensure safety and security for all during the march of digital transformation, and we secure protection in the environment of cybersecurity and digital.
Ali Al -Jubaili, the founder and chairman of the “One” real estate development company, said: “The future building summit of Forbes Middle East was not just a platform, but rather a real starting point. It was an area that combined the coordination of visions, stimulating cooperation, and turning bold ideas into a tangible reality.”

The “Re -Victory of Smart Life” session discussed the future of smart homes with the participation of Abdel Basset Batrawi, partner and board member (Land Steling) and CEO of (Horton Interiors), and Ahmed El -Sherbiny, CEO of Think Human.
Interactive sessions on the second day dealt with the most prominent orientation of urban planning and the development of smart cities, with a focus on infrastructure flexibility, sustainable movement, smart homes, and the cultural identity of cities.

The sessions also discussed ways to reshape work environments and enhance the role of public and private partnerships in accelerating the urban transformation based on data.

The speakers stressed the importance of developing a smart infrastructure that combines sustainability and luxury, and is a basis for an urban design that balances innovation and the needs of societies.
