Dubai is the third most favorite destination for families during the summer of 2025

Dubai ranked third in the list of the most prominent global tourist destinations for families during the summer of 2025, according to the global travel site “Boking.com”, while it came in fourth in the world in the index of the most popular summer destinations, and the destinations of couples holidays.

In a recent study, “Boking.com” expected that the summer of 2025 will be a crowded travel season, as about half of the travelers (48%) plans to spend more on their upcoming flights compared to 2024, noting that alternative accommodations are still very popular with travelers, with a 10% increase in search operations for unique real estate, compared to the last summer.

According to the study, travelers this year are looking for a larger space and comfort, and the villas and holiday homes are led this trend.

The study stated that with 53% of parents to travel a top annual priority, it is expected that family holidays will play a big role this summer, noting that today’s families are looking for more than just enjoying free time, as 85% of parents participating in the study said they are looking for trips that define their children with various cultures and experiences.

The study showed that collective travel is witnessing an increasing momentum this summer, as one in five travelers around the world plans for trips with their friends, pointing out that the “Z” generation leads this trend, as 33% of them chose collective trips.

The study stated that in 2025, husbands are increasingly accepting unforgettable tourism experiences, with their preference for travel packages as preferred gifts.
