His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated him, the Emirati Sheikha Nuis, for winning the position of Secretary -General of the United Nations Tourism Organization, and because she is the first woman in the history of the organization in fifty years to obtain this position.

Zayed University graduate .. 15 years experience in the tourism field … and holds many tourism and prizes … and she is the first woman in the history of the organization in fifty years to obtain this position .. and aspires to make a global transformation in the tourism sector.”
