The experimental operation of the state camps in Mina and Arafat

The UAE Pilgrims’ Affairs Office announced the start of the experimental operation of the state camps in Mishairi Mina and Arafat, with all its services and facilities, in preparation for receiving the pilgrims of the state during the current Hajj season.

He emphasized that the equipment included providing all the requirements of comfort and safety for the 6228 pilgrims, including infrastructure work, advanced air conditioning systems, subsistence equipment, and medical and administrative services facilities, according to the highest approved standards, which contributes to providing a micro -Hajj and safe pilgrims for state pilgrims.

Field improvements this year included the construction of a mosque that can accommodate more than 400 pilgrims, in addition to allocating chapels in the Arafa camps, including the finest sound and image systems to transfer a sermon and the Arafa prayer, and to equip the camps with highly efficient air conditioning systems, shading and afforestation of all their paths, with the addition of modern fans equipped with spray system, to reduce high temperatures, protect pilgrims from beating The sun.

The head of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, head of the office, Dr. Omar Habtoor Al -Darai, stressed the continuation of efforts to provide the appropriate environment for the state pilgrims to perform their rituals, explaining that the Pilgrim Affairs Office ended all the camps for the camps in record time, to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the state pilgrims.

He added: “We value close cooperation with the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we work within an integrated plan that reflects the honorable image of the Emirates in caring for its pilgrims, and achieving the highest levels of contentment and safety.”
