A strong request to purchase real estate units in Dubai and rent them “holidays”

Real estate revealed that the Dubai Real Estate Market is witnessing a remarkable growth in the demand for investment and the purchase of real estate units to convert them into “holiday houses”, so that they can be rented to tourists and visitors.
They attributed this growth to several factors, most notably the recovery of the tourism sector, and the increase and diversity of new real estate projects offered in Dubai, which provided various fields of investment.
They told «Emirates Today» that the beach destinations are the most attractive for investors in this field, and they acquire the major share of the units, calling for the need to choose the appropriate units for the purposes of holiday homes, whether in terms of location or facilities, as basic conditions for investing in those units.
Strong growth
In detail, the CEO of “Harbor Real Estate”, Dr. Muhannad Al -Wadia, said: “The real estate markets in Dubai are witnessing strong growth by investors from outside and inside the country to buy real estate units in different regions, and invest in rental purposes as holidays for tourists and visitors.”
He added that “the remarkable demand for investment in units for these purposes keeps pace with the continuous growth that Dubai is witnessing in the tourism sector, and attracting more tourists from different countries of the world.”
He pointed out that «investing in real estate units for renting holiday homes is one of the global trends, and is witnessing demand for demand during the recent period in the Dubai market.
He continued: «It is necessary for investors to take into account the selection of the most appropriate units for the purposes of holidays, whether in terms of the appropriate location near the tourist areas, or beach destinations, or in terms of facilities and facilities available in the building and real estate units, so that they are suitable for rental purposes for tourists, whether in terms of the availability of swimming pools or gyms, and other facilities.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Waleed Real Estate Company, Mohamed Al -Mutawa, said: “A growth in demand from investors of different nationalities has been monitored to buy real estate units in different regions in Dubai, and to use them for rental purposes for holidays for tourists and visitors.”
He added: “The beach destinations are the most polarized and retention of the major shares of the units that are purchased and invested for these purposes,” noting that “the continuous growth of tourism activity in Dubai is one of the most prominent factors that motivate the growth of demand for real estate purchase for these purposes during the recent period.”
Al -Mutawa provided advice for those who want this type of investment, saying: “When purchasing real estate units to use holiday houses, it is assumed that it is not randomly, but rather that the appropriate location is taken into account for these units so that they are suitable and intended for these purposes and are present near tourist areas, or overlooking water destinations.”
In the same context, the real estate expert and general manager of “Awad Gargash Real Estate Company”, Raad Ramadan, said that “the increase and diversity of new real estate projects presented in Dubai during the past periods, provided various fields of investment, including the purchase of real estate units for rental purposes as holidays, especially in light of the availability of real estate projects that provide different advantages and luxury specifications, that support attracting tourists such as the availability of special pools within Units, sports halls and luxury halls for entertainment purposes, and various playgrounds and parks within real estate projects.
He affirmed that “the growth growth for investment in the purchase of real estate units to convert them into holidays for tourists, will raise the number of units available in Dubai and provide various alternatives, especially in light of the presence of categories of tourists who prefer that type of residence to spend the holiday in various countries.”
As for the expert and real estate adviser, Hussein Al -Sheikh, he saw that “the growth of demand from investors to buy real estate units to rent holidays that allow high competitiveness in that sector, and the momentum of growth in tourism activity is kept.
He advised investors to select the appropriate units for the purposes of holidays, whether in terms of the appropriate location, and the proximity to services and transportation facilities or tourist areas, or in terms of the availability of additional services in the units or the buildings in them such as swimming pools, sports halls and other services.
