Mohammed Al Sharqi is witnessing a launch ceremony "Mohammed bin Hamad Program for the Preparation of Leaders" It confirms its importance in supporting the strategic vision of Fujairah

Fujairah on June 2/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, affirmed that investing in national cadres is a national priority in the vision of the government of the Emirate of Fujairah, its strategy of work, and a basic pillar of governmental development that supports the development of the emirate in various vital sectors.

This came during the attendance of His Highness, the launching ceremony of the “Mohammed bin Hamad program to prepare leadership”, as part of the initiatives of “The Council of Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi”, at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in the emirate, in the presence of Sheikh Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director General of the Fujairah Digital Government.

His Highness pointed to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to enable national competencies in their fields of work, develop their skills and level of their performance in a way that contributes to the development of the government work system in Fujairah, and promotes its outputs at the level of individuals and the institution, and keeps pace with the requirements of comprehensive development witnessed by the Emirate of Fujairah and the UAE, at all levels.

His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Naea Al Tunaiji, Director of the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, said in his speech during the launch ceremony: “Today we celebrate the launch of the Mohammed bin Hamad program to prepare leaders, one of the qualitative initiatives emanating from the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, which seeks to enable a new generation of leaders by developing their leadership and administrative skills, through a program designed with a modern, intensive and specialized training methodology, based on best practices And global academic and professional standards, to be a platform for refining competencies, building the minds aspiring to change and making future.

Al -Tunaiji added: “Fujairah has a wide system of local and federal government institutions, and a private and active sector, so that the real challenge in rehabilitating human capital remains, and we will seek to attract cadres and qualify them in every field that contributes to building a sustainable economy and a prosperous future, and this program will represent a bridge crossing towards preparing a leadership generation, holding responsibility and participating consciously and efficiently in making the future.”

The program targets the employees with supervisory tasks in the local government sector (the government of Fujairah), the federal government sector, and the private sector, and it is one of the qualitative initiatives emanating from the Mohammed bin Hamad Al -Sharqi Council, with the aim of enabling a new generation of leaders by developing their leadership and administrative skills, and the program is designed with a modern, intense and specialized training methodology, based on best practices and academic standards And global professionalism, to refine competencies and build the minds aspiring to change and make futures.

The program aims to rehabilitate a group of leaders who have a forward -looking view and develop the sustainable competitiveness of the Emirate of Fujairah, in addition to enhancing the skills of young leaders in achievement and influence, enabling leaders to understand and adopt future technologies to enhance the effectiveness of leadership and take strategic decisions in the era of digital transformation, and achieve the vision of the Emirate of Fujairah by enabling national leaders that support the work of government agencies.

The ceremony was attended by directors of the federal and local departments in the emirate and a crowd of employees.
