The Emirates is participating in an exhibition "FIFA 2025" In Paris
Abu Dhabi, June 9/ WAM/ The UAE participates in an economic delegation headed by His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq Al -Marri, Minister of Economy, in the activities and forum “FIFA Tech 2025”, which is scheduled to be held in the French capital Paris from 11 to 14 June under the slogan “The New Borders for Innovation”, with wide international participation of decision makers, corporate leaders and innovation pioneers from all over the world, with the aim of strengthening international partnerships in areas Entrepreneurship, innovation and technology, exploring cooperation opportunities in future economic sectors with French and European markets, and supporting the competitiveness of Emirati companies emerging on the global scene.
The country delegation includes representatives of more than 50 government institutions, business incubators, Emirati startups, and other bodies concerned with entrepreneurship, innovation and technology in the country.
The exhibition represents a strategic platform for reviewing the products and services of Emirati companies and projects and their innovative solutions, and exploring partnership opportunities and investment cooperation between the entrepreneurial sector in the state, French, European and global companies participating in the exhibition.
His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq is conducting official meetings with ministers and officials in the French government, to discuss opportunities to enhance economic partnership between the two friendly countries in entrepreneurship and innovation and various fields of common concern, as well as business and field visits meetings for a number of support centers for entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, research and development in France.
Participation comes within the framework of the efforts of the UAE to enhance its prestigious position as a global center for entrepreneurial projects and startups based on innovation, technology, research and development, and to raise the capabilities of Emirati companies and develop their opportunities in access, competition and partnership in global markets, which contributes to supporting the economic model of the state, based on knowledge, innovation and new technological trends that represent a lever for competitiveness and sustainable economic development, In line with the targets of the “UAE 2031” vision.
The FIFA Tech Exhibition is the largest technology exhibition for emerging companies in Europe, which attracts about 165,000 visitors, highlights a number of important axes, the most prominent of which is the latest technologies and developments of artificial intelligence, with a special focus on its various applications in various sectors such as industry, health and innovation.
The exhibition activities also discuss the effects of innovation and technology on the growth and sustainability of the economy, by displaying the latest technical tools in the fields of smart cities, digital health, the fourth industrial revolution and advanced financial technologies.
The exhibition this year attaches great importance to sustainability by reviewing innovative technological solutions to face environmental challenges and achieving sustainable development.
