The Abu Dhabi Festival offers a global show that brought together three Emirati artists at the Kensington Palace in London

Abu Dhabi, June 9 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Festival, in cooperation with the Peace and Prosper Fund, presented an exceptional concert for the first time three Emirati artists with international artists at the Kensington Palace theater in London as part of the “Festival Abroad” program.
The ceremony is a new articulated station in the festival’s march towards consolidating the UAE cultural presence on the international scene, and affirming its mission in capacity building and enhancing global cooperation through music.
This joint production came as a culmination of the three -week artistic residence program, which spanned three weeks in the United Kingdom, with the support of the Abu Dhabi Group for Culture and Arts, in cooperation with the Peace and Prosper Fund, where the participating artists underwent a series of training, workshops and artistic dialogues under the supervision of a group of major music educators in a number of the most important British theaters.
The ceremony presented the product of this constructive artistic interaction, with a creative mixture that combined Emirati musical traditions and global influences, in emphasizing the importance of cultural exchange in the artistic dialog industry and inspiring new forms of contemporary creativity.
The first global performance of the music work, “The ruins of time”, was the main axis of the evening, and it is a new author with an exclusive commission of the Abu Dhabi Culture and Arts Group, which was placed by the prominent Emirati author Ihab Darwish, known to deliver the cultural identity of the UAE to the international audience through music.
The program included a distinguished performance of the meso – Soprano Fatima Al -Hashemi, who presented masterpieces from the works of San Sans, Mozart and Jul Stein, along with the Bariton Ahmed Al -Hosani, who excelled in the presentation of selections from the works of De Cortez and Beze, with the participation of an elite group of international musicians from the peace and prosperity fund.
The ceremony was led by Toby Berser, the coach of the Peace and Prosper Fund, in a presentation that highlighted the growing Emirati talents and its qualitative contribution to the global creative scene. The ceremony came as an extension of the success of the “Arts in Embassies” initiative in cultural diplomacy, organized by the Abu Dhabi Festival, which was held on May 22 at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in London.
The three Emirati artists participated in a dialogue session during which they reviewed their artistic marches and inspiring reflections in the concepts of heritage, identity, innovation, and discovery, which are novels that contribute today to drawing the features of the future of music.
The session renewed the emphasis on the pivotal role of the arts as a platform to enhance dialogue, consolidate understanding, and consolidate the cultural ties between the UAE and the United Kingdom.

For his part, Rajai Khoury, founder of the Peace and Prosper Fund, stressed that the ceremony was distinguished at the Kinsington Palace, noting that it is the first cooperation between the Fund and the Abu Dhabi Group for Culture and Arts and said, “This was not only this cooperation between the artists of the UAE and the art and prosperity fund, but also witnessed the first global presentation of music composition of Ehab Darwish’s creativity that was devoted to this occasion.
