"Public Prosecution" A seminar organized by the Public Prosecution in Russia
Kazan, on June 10/ WAM/ The Federal Public Prosecution participated in the seminar organized by the Public Prosecution in Russia, within the work of the Islamic Economic Forum held in the city of Kazan.
The Federal Public Prosecution presented a paper in which it confirmed its commitment to joint work to achieve completed justice, develop the legal mechanisms for the protection of foreign investment, the readiness of the work environment in terms of legislation and laws to address all economic crimes, and violations that occur in investment and investors.
Representatives of states discussed ways to protect honest business and foreign investment, enhance investor confidence in the role of the public prosecutors in protecting business circles and investors from violations, and presented ideas on new strategies and mechanisms to deal with common challenges, and how to employ modern technology and artificial intelligence in analyzing data and tracking criminals and international cooperation.
This participation is an important step in the context of strengthening the role of the federal public prosecutor on the international scene, and highlighting its efforts in achieving justice and combating crime in all its forms.
The delegation of the Public Prosecution was chaired by Counselor Sultan Ibrahim Al -Juaid, the assistant public prosecutor, and included Hussein Maatouq Al Ali, the first public lawyer, Ubayd Ahmed Al -Abdouli, head of the prosecution, and Adel Ibrahim Al Marzouqi.
