His Highness arrived Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Foreign Minister today, Tuesday, to the capital Norwegian Oslo, to participate in the annual Oslo Forum organized by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue in Switzerland.
