Partnership between "Royal Development" and"Sas Real Estate" To develop a project with 1.6 billion dirhams in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, June 11/ WAM/ Royal Development Holding Company, one of the companies affiliated with the ESG Stallions, listed in the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, announced today, that it has concluded a strategic partnership with SAS Real Estate Company, to develop its first integrated project of 1.6 billion dirhams in Al -Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

The project includes luxurious housing with a prominent brand, as this announcement comes just a few days after Royal Development Holding, which reflects the complete readiness of the company to enter the Emirati real estate market with a luxurious residential project in the heart of the capital Abu Dhabi as well as prominent partners in the luxury real estate sector.
