The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is a decision that obliges all Saudi Umrah companies and institutions and external agents to document housing contracts with hotels and facilities licensed by the Ministry of Tourism in Makkah and Madinah, via the “Nesk Masar” platform." target ="_Blank"> Umrah visas for the 1447 AH season, designing pilgrims’ programs, with the aim of improving the services provided to the guests of Rahman from pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, and developing the contract documentation service between companies and housing service providers. It is necessary to adhere to the decision, stressing that regular measures will be taken against the violating companies.
