Mohammed bin Rashid: Our goal is a government without complexity

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, launched the second phase of the bureaucracy program in the government of the UAE.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” website: “We launched today the second phase of the bureaucracy program in the government of the UAE … a national project for making more simple government services … more quickly … and more influential …”

His Highness added, “In the first stage … we summarized more than 70 % of the time of providing services … and we canceled more than 4,000 unnecessary procedures … and we provided more than 12 million hours of transition costs …”.

His Highness stressed: “We thank more than 30 government agencies and 690 teams who contributed to simplifying and reducing government procedures …”

His Highness continued: “Today, we expand the scope of completion … and intensify efforts … especially in the field of digital bureaucracy …”.

His Highness concluded by saying: “Our goal is: a government without complexity, services without waiting … and results make a real difference in people’s lives.”
