In a surprise step, Sarah Abdel Karim, the wife of the Egyptian artist Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, revealed her pregnancy with her second child in a spontaneous way.

Sarah shared her followers on “Instagram” with a group of spontaneous photos through which she reviewed her pregnancy with her new baby without revealing the gender of the newborn or any other details.

Sarah reviewed her pregnancy in an elegant pink dress with a distinctive design from the top with large volumes decorating the shoulders and the chest area, and clearly showed the features of her pregnancy while holding her swollen stomach.
