I am not in a good mood to negotiate with Iran

US President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that he wanted a “real end” of the conflict between Israel and Iran and not just a ceasefire, before a meeting dedicated to this issue at the White House.

Trump told reporters on the presidential plane that took him from the Group of Seven Summit in Canada to Washington, that what he wanted is “complete submission” from Iran without explaining whether it means abandoning its nuclear program or otherwise.

“I don’t look forward to a ceasefire, we look forward to … a real end” to the conflict.

He renewed his warning to Tehran against exposure to American forces or interests, vowing, “We will respond with great strength, there will be no deterrent.”

He told reporters that he will be in the White House Crisis Chamber early on Tuesday morning, a hall in which American presidents gather the National Security Council when they face serious geopolitical crises or when they want to issue orders with major military operations.

He later wrote on his platform “Truth Suosal” that he did not contact Iran “in order to hold peace talks in any way,” adding, “If they wanted to speak, they know how to contact me. They should have accepted the agreement on the table, they would have saved many souls !!!”.

He added that he is not “a good mood for negotiation.”

The United States, Israel and Western allies have repeatedly confirmed that they would not allow Iran to own nuclear weapons.

Trump had previously directed a warning to the residents of the Iranian capital, and he wrote on his platform, “Everyone should evacuate Tehran immediately!”
