A report by the Red Crescent Authority after the end of the Hajj season this year revealed that the percentage of reports decreased 70 % compared to the Hajj seasons in the past years. The report confirmed that 22 thousand ambulances received and 90 thousand received calls, and the response time reached 12 minutes and the total response time in Mecca and the feelings 9 minutes and 4 minutes in the scope of the Great Mosque of Mecca, and a pre -emptive percentage in the total reports of 45.23 %, The number of paramedics reached 7500 health practitioners, and the number of ambulatory transport mechanism reached 1,200, and it recorded 71 new starting points, and the number of patients dealt with 30 thousand pilgrims.

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority confirmed that this year’s operational plan was built on an accurate study of the crowds and pilgrims, while employing modern technology in tracking cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring immediate response.
