His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God bless him”, said in the “X” platform post: “I headed today a meeting of the Council of Ministers in the Palace of Al -Watan in Abu Dhabi … during which we reviewed the results of the state in the annual report of competitiveness 2025 issued by the Global Competitiveness Center … Fifth UAE in the world with the 4 most important countries in the world in terms of competitiveness of the economy, government efficiency, strength of legislation and preference Business Environment.

His Highness added: “We established a competition for competitiveness 16 years ago … and we united the efforts of the most important parties in the country in this file … and the state moved thanks to these efforts from the 28th place globally in 2009 … to the list of the best five global countries in the field of competitiveness.”

His Highness explained that: “In the same current report … the first state came in the world in the absence of bureaucracy … and the second globally in the ability to adapt … and the fourth place globally in the efficiency of the government is a deserved achievement as a result of a continuous work … and our next is higher and stronger, God willing, with the vision of my brother Mohammed bin Zayed, may God protect him.”

His Highness continued: “During the cabinet meeting today, we adopted housing approvals for more than 1838 citizens during the first half of this year with a total of 1.2 billion dirhams. Support is continuing to secure the decent housing and support will remain continuous to enhance the stability of the family in the UAE. We also adopted during the meeting the results and work of the Emirates Council for B balance headed by Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The council continues to work on implementing projects And building national partnerships to develop the Emirates villages, developmental and socially.

His Highness stressed that “the council’s message is that no part in the Emirates remain soon or far without benefiting from the huge development momentum witnessed by our country.”

His Highness added: “We also briefed us during the cabinet meeting on the results of the use of digital identity in government transactions … as the number of registered in the digital identity system reached.”UAE-Pass More than 11 million users, and the national system witnessed the conduct of more than 600 million entry operations … The joint digital system of the federal government services has become more than 130 government agencies and a number of private sector institutions, which qualified it to conduct more than 2.6 billion digital transactions efficiently, accurately and quickly ….
