3.5 billion dirhams sales "House" On the island of Fahd within a week
Abu Dhabi, June 20/ WAM/ Al -Dar Group announced today the achievement of sales exceeding 3.5 billion dirhams within the two projects of “Fahd Rizidenses Beach” and “Fahd Beach Apartments”, which are the first two residential complexes on Fahd Island, during the launch week only.
The two projects attracted a wide segment of buyers, driven by the position of the island as the first coastal residential destination in Abu Dhabi designed to enhance a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, in addition to the distinctive marine views and near the Kings College – Wimbledon International, located within the main plan of the island.
International residents and buyers accounted for 67% of the total sales, and Emirati, Russian, British and Chinese nationalities topped the list of buyers in terms of the volume of turnout, which reflects the growing global position of the island as a sophisticated destination that combines the cultural and entertainment character and the active lifestyle, and achieves a unique balance between the vitality of the city and the calm of nature.
The data also showed that 42% of buyers are under the age of 45, which reflects the increasing demand between the youth category on the luxurious lifestyle that focuses on sustainability and quality of life.
The results also pointed out that 67% of buyers are new clients, indicating the expansion of the home customer base and the attractive housing projects designed.
