Indian companies top the list of new members in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce during the first quarter

A new report issued by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three rooms operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, revealed that Indian companies topped the list of new non -Emirati companies joining the chamber membership during the first quarter of 2025, by 4,543 new members, recording an annual growth of 4.4%.
Pakistan ranked second on the list, with 2,154 new Pakistani companies joined the chamber membership in the first quarter of this year 2025.
During the first quarter of the year, 1,362 new Egyptian companies joined the Chamber, which made Egypt ranked third in the list of new companies’ nationalities joining the Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership.
The number of Bengali companies registered annually by 28.5%, as 817 new companies joined the Chamber’s membership to occupy the fourth place and the United Kingdom ranked fifth with 678 new companies joining, while Syria came in sixth place with 462 new companies joining.
Jordanian companies ranked seventh with 350 new companies joining, and China came in eighth place with 347 new Chinese companies joining, while Turkish companies ranked ninth with 329 new companies, and Iraqi companies in the tenth place with 303 new companies joining.
As for the sectoral distribution of new companies joining the membership of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce during the first quarter of 2025, the wholesale and retail trade sector ranked first with 36.2% of the total number of new members, followed by the real estate, leasing and business services sector in the second place with 35.4% of the total number.
The construction sector came in third place by 16.7%, then the social and personal services sector, fourth, with 7.7%, and the fifth transport, storage and communications sector by 7.5%of the total number of new members.
