His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, discussed today, during a telephone conversation with Christian Steker, Advisor to the Republic of Austria, developments in the Middle East region, stressing the importance of supporting all efforts aimed at achieving peace and stability in the region for the good of its people.

The contact touched on the announcement of the ceasefire agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel … expressing their wishes to be a step towards restoring security and stability in the region and returning to the course of dialogue and diplomatic solutions, which is the only way to overcome the current crises and maintain the security and stability of the region.

During the communication, the two sides also discussed the bilateral relations and ways to enhance them within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, in a way that is growing and prosperous for their two friendly peoples.
