The Abu Dhabi government launches a program "Meara to develop leaders" To invest in human capital

Abu Dhabi, June 25 / WAM / The Department of Governmental Empowerment – Abu Dhabi is implementing the “Marawah Program for the Development of Leadership”, which is developed by leaders who embody the fundamental values of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and contribute to achieving its long -term vision. The launch of the program enhances the ambition of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to invest in human capital during a pivotal stage of its economic and development career, as it was designed specifically to support the emirate’s priorities directly, by building the government workforce capable of facing challenges and ignorance for the future.
The program, which reflects the values of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, its ambition and flexibility to adapt to the future requirements, focuses on the practical application of skills, learning and personal growth, where the participants acquire knowledge and skills through direct interaction with the major decision makers in the UAE and the leaders of the sectors and international experts.
The program was designed to enable the participants and support them to work effectively in various work environments, in addition to consolidating their understanding of the regulations of governance, strategic supervision and cooperation between sectors.
