The Abu Dhabi government launches a program "Meara to develop leaders" To invest in human capital
Abu Dhabi, June 25 / WAM / The Department of Governmental Empowerment – Abu Dhabi is implementing the “Marawah Program for the Development of Leadership”, which is developed by leaders who embody the fundamental values of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and contribute to achieving its long -term vision. The launch of the program enhances the ambition of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to invest in human capital during a pivotal stage of its economic and development career, as it was designed specifically to support the emirate’s priorities directly, by building the government workforce capable of facing challenges and ignorance for the future.
The program, which reflects the values of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, its ambition and flexibility to adapt to the future requirements, focuses on the practical application of skills, learning and personal growth, where the participants acquire knowledge and skills through direct interaction with the major decision makers in the UAE and the leaders of the sectors and international experts.
The program was designed to enable the participants and support them to work effectively in various work environments, in addition to consolidating their understanding of the regulations of governance, strategic supervision and cooperation between sectors.
The process of selecting the participants is based on merit, through the mechanism of selecting multi -stage, and high competitiveness and accuracy, to ensure their embodiment of the values of the Abu Dhabi government and their excellence in the government sector.
His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Al -Kitab, Head of the Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi said: Our goal is to provide the participants in the merit program to develop leaders with the strategic skills necessary to deal with the complex challenges, and to achieve the best results and targets, in line with the future needs of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, indicating that the program is concerned with qualifying leaders who have a firm belief in the values of the emirate, and it has the necessary ingredients to serve the community of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi With pride, pride and excellence.
The program model combines academic learning with interactive workshops, benefiting from international experiences and field work, and this includes a deep simulation of decision -making, job transfer in government agencies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the use of senior government leaders in the country to provide professional directives and guidance.
