The Board of Directors of the Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Company decided to appoint Abdulaziz Al-Turki as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Muhannad Al-Fayez as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This came after the results of the company’s ordinary general assembly meeting, held on Monday, December 10, which witnessed the election of members of the Board of Directors for the next session, which began on December 17 and ends on December 16, 2029.
The Board’s decisions included appointing Haya Al-Saeed as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
The decisions included the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee headed by Ahmed Al-Salem, and the membership of: Munir Al-Borno, Zaid Al-Kathiri, and Karim Pashti.
