The “Fakih Medical” general general approval of the distribution of 69 million riyals in 2024 profits

The General Assembly of Dr. Sulaiman Abdel -Qader Fakih (Fakih Medical), held yesterday, approved the distribution of annual cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 AD. />
The eligibility of profits will be for the shareholders who are owned by the company’s shares at the end of the trading day of the association and the registered in the company’s shareholders’ record at the Securities Depository Center (“” Deposit “) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly, which was held on Wednesday 29-12-1446 AH (corresponding to 25-06-2025 AD). Profits on 21-01-1447 AH (corresponding to 16-07-2025 CE).
