The Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence organizes an introductory campaign in Ajman for a competition "Our life in the Emirates"

Ajman, June 30 / WAM / The Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, in cooperation with the Ajman Youth Center and Ajman University, today organized an introductory campaign to promote the “Our Life in the Emirates” competition, which the Ministry launched in partnership with the Al -Watan Fund within the “General Society” initiatives.

The campaign, which was organized in the main building of Ajman University, targeted the encouragement of all groups of society to document their life experiences in the country through creative writing to consolidate the values ​​of tolerance and cultural diversity.

Rashid Ibrahim Al -Nuaimi, a strategic planning consultant and institutional performance management in the ministry, reviewed the conditions of participation and types of acceptable texts, which include the short story, the article, the message, the risk, the poetry in both Arabic and English in addition to the electronic platform designated for the provision of posts and the distribution of introductory brochures that explain the application mechanism.

He stressed that the award seeks to involve young people in highlighting the concepts of tolerance through their creative actions in a way that enhances the state’s position as a global model of tolerance and embodies its commitment to building a coherent and multi -culture society, explaining that the door for participation in the competition will remain open until the end of next November, indicating that the issue of the current session is devoted to the concept of tolerance in the UAE.

During the campaign, a specialized jury to evaluate the participating business will be formed according to accurate criteria that focus on the credibility and creative ability to express the value of tolerance in addition to highlighting the most important strategic initiatives of the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, including the National Festival for Tolerance and the Knights of Tolerance and Tolerance in Schools and the initiative of the radiance and the human brother’s festival in addition to the Zayed path for tolerance that represents a cognitive path Culturally enhances the understanding of the values ​​upon which the UAE has been built.

His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, announced last May the launch of the “Our Life in the Emirates” competition as a community initiative in the year of society, provided that the country’s fund and the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence will be carried out with full participation of all sects of society and its elements that include the citizen, resident, women, men, children, youth and the elderly.

The competition calls on all groups to contribute to their writings about their lives in the Emirates and express through them their vision of this dear country and their pride in life in a strong and coherent society that has huge and continuous achievements in all fields.
