Learn to .. mechanisms for extracting and documenting high school diploma inside and outside the country

The Ministry of Education has identified systematic and comprehensive mechanisms for obtaining a high school diploma for the academic year 2024-2025, and set clear stages to document them inside and outside the country, to ensure their approval by international educational bodies and foreign universities.

The first steps begin immediately after the results are announced, as the twelfth grade students can enter the student’s electronic portal using their own data (the same smart learning portal data), to obtain an initial electronic copy of the certificate used only within the country, and is not approved externally.

Outside the state
As for students who wish to use their certificates outside the country, whether for study, immigration or applying for international universities, they must submit a request for an original paper certificate dedicated to a watermark (silver adhesive), and this is done through the website of the Emirates School Education Foundation, through the electronic service for “requesting and certifying a study certificate – public education”, via the link:

Or by entering the official website of the Ministry Ese.gov.ae, then choosing “electronic services”> “certification of certificates”> “request to issue and certify a study certificate.

Using identity
After logging in with the digital identity, the application is filled electronically, and the student or his guardian is available to request up to three original copies printed on formal paper and carry the security mark. Certificates are delivered within 48 hours through approved delivery companies such as “Aramex” or “delivery”.

Conditions of universities
The Ministry stressed the need not to request a certified electronic copy only, because it is not recognized outside the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and does not meet the conditions of foreign universities, which require the existence of the original and secure paper certificate.

External documentation
Regarding the stage of external documentation, the student or his guardian must prepare a copy of the twelfth grade certificate (received from the Education Foundation and holds the watermark), and a printed copy of the eleventh grade certificate on good paper (at least 150 g), then submit a request for “documentation of study documents” through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation website:

Where Aramex takes over the certificates from the student’s house, submitted them to the Ministry to ratify it, then return it within 48 hours. Documentation fees are about 170 dirhams per copy, in addition to delivery fees.

The last stage
As for the last stage, it varies according to the country to which the document will be offered, specifically the embassies. For example, the Egyptian embassy requires that certificates be documented from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs first, then submit to the consulate or the embassy accompanied by a copy of the student’s passport and the guardian, which includes all visas for the last three years, in addition to a separate copy of the student’s passport.
