Kuwait .. “Discrimination” supports the execution of the school guardian of Hattak, a teacher of coercion

The Court of Cassation in Kuwait upheld the death sentence against the nationality of an Arab country, who works as a guard in one of the schools, after being convicted of kidnapping and assaulting a teacher of his nationality by coercion inside her workplace.

The Public Prosecution had assigned the accused to surprise the victim inside the school while she was performing her work, as he entered her office and closed the door behind him, then he drew a consequence of coercion.

According to the details of the case, the accused denied what was attributed to him, but the minutes of unloading surveillance cameras concluded the incident categorically, which led him to remain silent when facing him with evidence.

The court considered that the facts and evidence submitted are sufficient to prove the crime, and supported the ruling issued by the first instance court, and the judge of the accused was hanging to death to death.
