The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi heads the UAE delegation to the 17th summit of the leaders of the “BRICS” group in Riondi Janeiro

On behalf of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, heads the United Arab Emirates delegation to the friendly Federal Republic of Brazil, to participate in the 17th summit of the leaders of the “BRICS” group, hosted by the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, on July 6 and 7.

The UAE joined the “BRICS” group during the 15th summit of the leaders of the group’s countries that were held in Johannesburg, the Republic of South Africa, in August 2023 .. believing in the importance of multilateral work and promoting constructive dialogue through effective platforms representing developing and emerging economies at the international level, in order to support the values ​​of cultural pluralism in peace, security and development at the regional and global levels.
