The members of the UAE government leadership program learn about the Vietnam experience in the development transformation

This came during his meeting with the delegation of the employees of the UAE government leadership program in the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, as part of their knowledge tour to Vietnam, which was organized in cooperation with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), where the delegation was accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Badr Al -Matrouchi, the country’s ambassador to Vietnam, Khaled Sharaf, the director of the program, and a number of senior Vietnamese officials.

His Excellency the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister confirmed his country to upgrade the level of joint cooperation to new and advanced horizons, through the exchange of experiences, the participation of successful experiences, and the encouragement of Emirati youth to take advantage of the promising investment opportunities in his country, and joint work between the two countries to consolidate the values ​​of sustainable development, in a way that serves the aspirations of the two friendly peoples.

His Excellency pointed out that the program “The UAE government leadership 2025” embodies the government’s vision in empowering and preparing national leadership cadres that possess the future vision and global awareness, and reflects the government’s commitment to developing the capabilities of its national cadres, enhancing their skills, expanding their cognitive experiences, and qualifying them according to the highest international standards, by providing qualitative opportunities to communicate with leaders and international experts, which enhances their opportunities in gaining experiences, and adopting international best practices.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Badr Al -Matroushi praised the remarkable progress of Vietnam in various fields, stressing that the growth witnessed in bilateral relations and the high volume of trade exchange between the two countries during the past years, embodies a common vision towards opening new horizons for cooperation and developing relations between the two friendly countries.

The cognitive tour organized by the UAE government leadership program to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam comes within the framework of the comprehensive training plan for the program, with the aim of introducing the affiliates to the various and distinguished global experiences, and achieving the various cognitive sustainability through experimental learning and field work, within the training paths and building capabilities of the Emirates government leadership program 2025.
