Ajman police launches a campaign " A safe academic year "
Ajman on August 21/ WAM/ The General Command of Ajman Police launched the awareness campaign of the Ministry of Interior under the slogan “Safe School Year”, with the beginning of the academic year 2025-2026, and will last for three months, with the aim of educating all segments of society, especially parents, school students, and school bus drivers, of the importance of adhering to traffic instructions to ensure a safe school environment that preserves the safety of students And the safety of others, and enhances their traffic culture.
Lt. Col. Fouad Youssef Al -Khaja, Head of Traffic and Patrols Department, stressed that the campaign comes within the framework of the Ajman Police’s keenness to provide the highest traffic safety standards since the first day of the academic year, by publishing the instructions and instructions addressed to students, parents, drivers and supervisors, in a manner that guarantees the flow of traffic and reduces the potential risks during the movement of students to and from schools.
He explained that the goals of the campaign are to raise the level of traffic awareness among the target groups of society, reduce school accidents and injuries, and enhance the discipline of traffic in the vicinity of schools.
