Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, Acting Minister of Environment, directed the need to raise the degree of fully preparedness and coordination between all concerned parties to confront acute air pollution attacks 2025 & ndash; 2026 & ldquo; known as the Black Cloud & RDQUO;. Institutional coordination between the various ministries and bodies, through a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, ensuring the speed of response and full readiness during periods of increased air pollution. And the necessity of activating field control and inspection on industrial areas, and tightening procedures towards environmental violations, as well as raising the efficiency of environmental monitoring networks and providing data in a manner to take appropriate decisions. The environment, in the presence of representatives of the ministries of agriculture, local development, internal, water resources and irrigation, industry, health, electricity, the General Authority for Industrial Development and the Supreme Council for Media Regulation. The static and light hours, which are one of the most important influential factors leading to increasing the conditions that are prepared for the concentration of pollutants, based on the results of the early warning system of the Ministry of Environment. Industrial sources and vehicle exhausts, through the mechanisms for dealing with agricultural waste, to up to community awareness campaigns of the importance of participating in reducing pollution.
