The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi meets the UAE team participating in the 17th summit of the leaders of the “Brix” countries

His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, met the UAE team participating in the 17th summit of the leaders of the “Brix” group, hosted by the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro on July 6 and 7.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed the members of the work team, led by His Excellency Saeed Mubarak Al -Hajri, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Commercial Affairs, and Sherba, the UAE with the “BRICS” group, praising their efforts in the success of the participation of the United Arab Emirates in the summit work for the second time since the state joined the group in 2023.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, to the team members, and his wishes for all success in serving the country and continuing to work to raise it and consolidate its position among the countries of the world.

During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the latest developments related to the state’s participation in the group’s meetings, in addition to plans and strategies aimed at enhancing cooperation with member states in the economic, commercial and investment fields.

His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the importance of consolidating the active presence of the state within the group, reflecting the directions of the rational leadership and the future vision of the Emirates in building balanced and sustainable global partnerships, and in a way that contributes to the consolidation of its position as a leading global destination in the international economy.
