King Abdulaziz International Airport continued to record its operating record numbers, and announced the achievement of unprecedented results in the movement of passengers and trips during the first half of this year 2025 AD, with a total of (25.5) million passengers, which reflects growth of (6.8%) compared to the same period of the year The past. Note in travel movement, the airport also recorded (4.8) million packages of Zamzam water, and the airport recorded the highest operating day on April 5, and the airport received (178) thousand passengers, which reflects the increasing growth that it is witnessing in peak periods. These numbers are evidence of the continuous expansion of airport services, which is one of the most prominent air centers in the region, and reflects the efforts made to provide a smooth and comfortable travel experience and meet the needs of travelers better, as part of the targets of the national strategy of aviation emanating from the Saudi Vision 2030 with a focus on creating a qualitative shift in the experience of the traveler, and working as a gateway to the Two Holy Mosques, enabling tourism and trade, along with a more service (100) million Traveler by 2030, handling (2.5) million tons of air freight, linking the airport to more (150) destinations, and achieving a transit movement ranging from (12) to (15) million passengers.
