Consumer prices in China decreased by 0.1% per month during June

BEIJING, on July 9 / WAM / Consumer prices in China declined last June after the seasonal variables in the account were placed by 0.1% per month, according to the data of the National Statistical Office issued today, Wednesday.

Analysts expected consumer prices to stabilize during the past month, after declining 0.2% during May.

On an annual basis, consumer prices increased by 0.1% during the past month, while analysts expected to decline by 0.1% after declining in the same percentage during the previous month.

At the same time, the statistical office data showed that the prices of producers (wholesale) decreased by 3.6% annually during the past month, while analysts expected prices to decline by 3.2% after they decreased by 3.3% during May.
