His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, may God bless him, in his capacity as ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued decisions to upgrade 6247 military personnel working in the military authorities in the Emirate of Dubai, and promotions included the cadres of the State Security Service, Dubai Police, the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, and the General Command of the Civil Defense in Dubai.
