"National Meteorology" An earthquake of 7.3 is monitored in the Russian Far East

Abu Dhabi, July 20 / WAM / The National Meteorological Center announced that its National Seismological Network recorded a 7.3 -magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale in the Camshatka Peninsula, which is located in the far east of Russia.

According to the center, the earthquake took place this morning at 10:49, according to the local time of the UAE.

The Kamchatka region, located on the “Fire Belt” in the Pacific Ocean, is one of the most highly exposed areas for strong earthquakes.
