The Emirates Group launches a global employment campaign to include 17 thousand employees

Dubai, July 22 / WAM / The Emirates Group launched a global campaign to attract and employ talents, as part of a new phase of its march to grow, and the group targets during the current fiscal year to include 17300 employees, through 350 diverse jobs, while these jobs cover various areas of work in both Emirates Airlines, and Dnata for aviation and travel services.
The group searches for hundreds of candidates in some jobs such as aircraft crews, pilots, engineers, sales and marketing teams, customer service, ground handling, catering, information technology, human resources, and finances, and Danata seeks to include more than 4000 specialists in shipping, catering and ground handling services.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Supreme President of the CEO of the Emirates Airlines and the group, said that the strategy of the Emirates Group in the field of human resources is based on the targets of the Dubai Economic Agenda “D33”, and on the ambitious plans for growth and expansion, by searching for global talents to support the great group’s aspirations, reformulate the future of aviation, and continue its commitment to the culture of innovation and excellence.
This year, the group will organize more than 2100 employment activities and open days in 150 cities around the world, to attract the best pilots, information technology experts, engineers, and aircraft crew.
The events will also include open days in Dubai to attract students and male graduates, and these activities represent a valuable opportunity for those wishing to join the group to meet employment experts, interact with the current employees and get to know their successful experiences.
Since 2022, the group has included more than 41 thousand employees, of whom about 27,000 are in operational jobs, bringing the total number of its employees today to about 121 thousand employees.
