Ecuador President receives the head of the Emirates Accounting Agency
Kito on July 23/ WAM/ His Excellency Daniel Nuboa, President of the Republic of Ecuador, received His Excellency Hamid Obaid Abu Shabas, President of the Emirates Accounting Agency, as part of an official visit to the delegation of the agency to the Republic of Ecuador, with the aim of discussing ways to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in the fields of control and integrity, and fighting corruption.
The visit witnessed a number of high -level bilateral meetings with senior officials in Ecuador, including His Excellency Javier Mauricio Torres, the state’s general observer, His Excellency Andres Vantone Baldion, Chairman of the Citizenship Participation and Social Control Council, and His Excellency Jose Kholio Nira Hanzi, Secretary -General of Public Integrity.
This visit comes within the framework of the UAE Accounting Agency’s keenness to expand its strategic networks network with its counterparts regionally and internationally, in a way that contributes to the development of the regulatory work system, and to enhance the principles of transparency and integrity in accordance with the best global practices and standards.
